Today’s WOD was without time. I wanted to just do a normal workout with the MetCon format. So I went at my own pace and it made me feel really good afterwards. Great day to stay in with all the damn rain coming down. Days like today I am glad I have a gym in the garage! No soaked shoes from running through the parking lot just to get into the gym… LOL
