Today’s WOD was pretty fast and a bit furious! I finished the MetCon in a time of 9:39 which isn’t too awful slow… Great workout! We also completed a walk on the beach since the weather was so nice today. 54 minutes roughly and 2.9 miles. Overall a great day in the exercise department. Sure wish my shifter/brake levers would come in for the road bike. I wanna get on the road and start riding every day again.
