Today’s WOD was an eye opener with the wallballs… I still hate wallballs!!! Anyway, I decided since I cannot reach the 10′ height in my garage, that I would add a 20# vest to simulate the amount of force I will need to reach the 10′ mark. I also make sure to hit the ceiling to make sure I am at least throwing the ball to the 9′ mark. I hope this pays out come the Open since I know they will be doing some form of Karen like the last few years.
