Today’s WOD was a good workout. I still have to go light on the wrist. Monday I will be going under the knife to fix my right wrist and then 6 weeks later the left. I’m so ready to fix this issue. I am not looking forward to the knife though. I have never had an actual surgery! I’ve had procedures, but never put under and cut open with exceptions of getting my wisdom teeth pulled out.
Anyway, I completed 111 reps which is 5 complete rounds plus 5 thrusters and 1 box jump… It was awesome and sucked at the same time!
