WOD Type: Reverse Filthy Fifty
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.
WOD Particulars:
Perform the following :
- 50 Double Unders
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Wall Balls 10 feet @ 20#
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Push Press @ 45#
- 50 Knees to lbows
- 50 Walking Lunge Steps
- 50 Kettle bell @ 1 Pood
- 50 Jumping Pullups
- 50 Box Jumps @ 24″
Today’s WOD Time was a quick 49:53 (PR of 28 Seconds)! I did this workout back on the 9th of January in the correct order, Today’s was reversed. I was really surprised and worried when this workout showed up again! This workout really sucks the life right out of me. I’m glad I PR’d it today. Just shows that I’ve improved a little just this month. Looking forward to seeing just what a year of Crossfit is going to do to me…
