Today’s WOD – Was a grudge fest… I had a hard time with this workout due to the fact I had two, two many beers during yesterdays football games. In fact, I had four over my normal game day drink-o-thon. Anyway, it took me 29:28 to complete 5 rounds. We’ll see how I feel a little later today.
