Today’s WOD – Holy shit! At first, this was an easy workout and I thought I could do it all day long. 2 Reps a minute until failure, easy peasy! At 75 reps, both hands started to really hurt in the callus area. All of a sudden at 80, both hands had blisters under the calluses… The last 20 pullups sucked!!! It was everything I could do in order to keep the hands in tacked. I managed, but it hurt like hell in the process. Great workout…
