- 7 Dumbbell Push Press @ 30#

WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute warm-up to make sure I am as mobile for the WOD as I can.

Holy Shit, 2 workouts back to back. I’m extremely happy with my recovery over the last few workouts. let’s see if I can maintain it with proper fueling!I am so looking forward to being able to hit two and three workouts every day leading up to the opens in March. I am going to continue the rest of this year working on MetCon and slowing down my strength gains.
Even though my strength is not at the level it needs to be for the opens, I am more concerned at my weight still along with how fast I can complete the traditional girls like Fran. I need to be around 3 minutes with Fran and I am no where near that yet. But, I will be there come March…
