Today’s WOD – Hard and fast Workout Today! The first metcon was quick and surprisingly easier than I initially thought it would be. Anyway, I finished 5 complete rounds in 5:04. That is 50 reps total…
The second metcon was killer. I completed all 5 rounds in 13:58 and just know I can go faster! Anyway, hopefully this doesn’t hurt tomorrows workout… Enjoy!
