Today’s session was really nothing more than a random workout and I used my workout hero app on my iPhone to get it. I’m starting to use that app a lot lately. It is a really good program and app if you are looking for something to help you establish your workouts every day.
With this app, you can pick and choose from several hundred workouts! Seriously, this app has to have at least 1,000 workouts and I think it grows as time goes by. Check it out: WOD App
