Today’s WOD was another quick, but effective workout. I love that I am getting faster and faster with each workout. I will continue to try and make the workouts go quicker. Anyway, another great day! You’d never guess that I am getting laid off at the first of the year eh? Well, I have good and bad days. Today and usually when the sun is out, I have a good day… It’s the rainy days that really get me depressed and worried. Oh, anyway, I finished the MetCon in 13:28 and accidentally cut of the timer before completing the 9 squats. Senior moment and forgot I had to do them. I only burned about 5 seconds on that…
