Today’s WOD was a butt torture test! Actually, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I probably could have complete 10,000 meters. Actually, I know I could do 10,000 meters on the rower! On the workout list! It was nice to have the 90 second rest so I could get up and shake out the ass muscles. Other than that, great rowing workout… Can’t wait to get home next week and get back on the bike and actually run on land!
