Today’s WOD was a great way to finish the 3 day 2.5 mile push on the runs! I am so happy I can run 2.5 miles now and still get in a great AMRAP with 180 reps within a 20 minute period. I’m so fucking stoked right now! I can’t hardly stand it. I am however, glad tomorrow is an off day from the gym! I think I will do a mobility workout to work on all the tightness. The next 3 day set of workouts will push the running even further. I would like to push to 2.75 miles per day for 3 days. We shall see though…
