WOD Shoulder Full Ranges?
Today’s WOD has dumbbell full ranges and are an exercise that covers the full range of motion for the entire should girdle. They hurt like hell, but make your shoulders feel really good afterwards.
HOW-TO: Bring the dumbbells up into the military press position. Prior to lifting dumbbells over head, drive elbows together out in front of the body. Bring the elbows back to press position and then push press. Bring the dumbbells back to original position and that completes one rep.
