WOD: Strength Day 7:
WOD Strength Session will be 5 Sets @ 3 Reps Heavy of:
- Back Squats: 170 lbs.
- Incline Bench: 150 lbs.

Tomorrow’s WOD:
Tomorrow morning I will be doing a make up workout by doing deadlifts first thing.
NOTE: Maybe you want to build up your muscles for your health, or maybe you just want to look good – there’s nothing wrong with that.
