Today’s WOD felt like I’m getting my mojo back! It’s been a long time feeling sick and I’m glad it’s just about over! I am still having issues with my knee joints and ankles. But other than that, I’m good to go. The goal now is to ramp up after my day of on Sunday and start losing this 30 pounds I’ve gained in the last three months! I feel like a fat slob! Good workout today though…
