Today’s WOD was… well… It F%@king Sucked! I hated the feel of this workout. But I also loved the feel of this workout! Make sense? Yeah, I think its sick too. But in the long run, I love this shit. I love the feel of pain workouts create in me. What I don’t like is the DOMS I now have. I will back date this post, but know that it is a day behind like all of my workouts are. Anyway, try this workout and if the weight is too light, go with the original weight of 155#. Try it and let me know what you think in the comments below!
