Today’s WOD was… WOW! I think I am finally getting the hang of the double unders. I still had quite a few issues with them, but I still was able to pump out 5 full rounds and still had a bit of gas in me. No, that last part was a lie. I was wiped out! The rest of today has been interesting. My shoulders have been lit up and so has my ankles. I’m really digging the fact that I am finally getting the hang of OHS! I’m ready for a serious weight day and see just how much I can do. Maybe next Friday will be the right time. All week is a D-Load week, so Friday I should be good and ready to get after it. We shall see…
