Today’s WOD was an eye opener! Don’t make fun of the weights. I have finally figured out how to do overhead squats! Fuck yeah! I am now going to scale the weights up. Of course, I have to get a max effort. I am really curious how much I can do now that I know what I am supposed to be doing… I can’t wait to get under some real weight.
