Total Reps: 94 very painful reps…
Today’s WOD was a typical workout and I felt really good with it! I did pull something in my neck/trap region. That is going to be a huge issue over the next few days. I’m going to have to apply the heating pad to it no doubt! Great workout though, only wished I didn’t do that to the neck! I could have done a couple more rounds on the MetCon. Oh well, getting old sucks!
