- 400M Elliptical Machince
- 10 Overhead Squats @ 45#
- 20 Pull-Ups
Today’s WOD was a such a pain in the ass. I have a real hard time doing overhead squat anything, much less snatch balance. Also, I suck at overhead squats. It’s a must do workout though. To top it all off, I had to move my office today from one side of the hangar bay to the other. The path took me down 20 steps and then back up 20 steps on the other side. After 10 trips of that, I had enough and packed up the ole bag and came home. To be honest with you, I didn’t even think I would workout today do to my back being really sore from the move. We shall see just how sore I will be tomorrow. Oh, almost forgot again! I spent 19:48 on the MetCon portion of the workout today!
