Today’s WOD is a Hotel Workout. The hotel gym sucked ass! No dumbbells and the universal machine had no pin! Crapola! Anyway, after the workout, I went outside and worked on Double unders for about 15 minutes in 90 degree heat… I had to travel both Wednesday and Thursday to get to Bakersfield to make my brother in law Joel’s funeral. He was 53 years old. Too young to die! Anyway…
