Total Reps: 34 reps
Today’s WOD was pretty hard for me and I can’t believe I’m saying that! The weight is so light, I should be able to do it without a single issue. But that is not the case. After just 34 reps, I was wiped out and could not continue with my metcon. I do have to say though that my body was actually working better on the snatch then ever before. I could actually get deep into the snatch squat. I still have a ways to go with the strength in the upper body. I found I was still bending the arms a bit. I am going to start doing SOTS press to build strength in the bottom of the snatch…
