- 165#, 190#, 215#
- Power Snatch – 2 x 4 @ 115#
- Clean & Jerk – 1 x 3 @ 145#
- Good Mornings – 2 x 5 @ 65#
- Double Unders – Practice
- Handstand Holds – 3 @ 30 seconds
Today’s WOD is day 12 in the 4 week program. Everything seemed to be really easy. In fact, I feel like I have underestimated my max lifts. However, those were max lifts I did at the time. It’s either that or I am getting stronger? 🙂 Anyway, I can only hope that is the case…
