Today’s WOD was a blast from the past! A sort of chest and biceps workout. It was just suppose to be a Bench workout, but I decided I wanted to switch things up today and do an actual old school workout. My biceps are not used to doing straight bar curls and I do believe I will not do them again. They suck! It was still a great workout and refreshing to not work on the crossfit motor.
