Today’s WOD was tough to get started after the intense PT session today. But, I finally got motivated around 4:30 and hit it… I really need to up the snatch weight to a new max. 125# was just too light for a max. Anyway, turned out to be a great workout and I did everything despite the PT session that killed me earlier today. On a good note, this PT twice a week is actually preparing me to do 2 sessions a day for two times a week! Maybe that will put me in the qualifier next year?
NUTRITION:
Breakfast – Protein Smoothie with strawberries and peanut powder and 24 oz coffee with 1 tbs of creamer
Lunch – 4 Pieces of Gluten free veggie pizza
Late Dinner – 2 Turkey Boats and salad
