Today’s WOD was great… I really like doing deadlifts at this weight. It feels heavy enough that you feel like you’re working, yet light enough to hammer away at the reps. Hands are still tender and seem to stay this way anymore. I imagine if I drop under 200#, I won’t have much of an issue with sore palms. Anyway, felt really good, but still slow…
