WOD Type: “Crossfit Open 13-1”
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.
WOD Particulars:
Complete AMRAP in 17 Minutes of:
- 40 Burpees
- 30 Snatch @ 75#
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Snatch @ 135#
- 20 Burpees
- 30 Snatch @ 165#
- 10 Burpees
- AMRAP Snatch @ 210#
Today’s WOD was completedin the 17 minute time with 104 Reps! I am currently ranked about 12,000 in the world, 600 in Masters 45-49 and 36 in the North West Region. Even though my goal was 113 reps, I am absolutely happy with 104. Come on 13-2… Oh here is the video link:
