- 1 x 5 @ 175#
- 1 x 5 @ 200#
- 1 x 5 @ 225# (Actual Reps = 8)
Assistance Work:
- Incline Bench Press 5 x 10 @ 95#
- 20# Weighted Push-Ups – 25-40 Reps (25 Completed)
Practice: Overhead Work
- 3 x 5 Snatch Balance @ 15#, 25#, 35#
- 3 x 5 Sots Press @ 35#
- 5 x 3 Overhead Squats @ 45#, 55#, 65#, 75#, 75#
Today’s WOD was a good solid workout which took about and hour and fifteen minutes. After hitting the overhead stuff, I realize I need to work hard on overhead squats!
