AMRAP: 44 – I completed sets up to 9 reps of thrusters and pull-ups + 8 additional thrusters.
Today’s WOD was more of a speed workout than a typical wod which made it feel a lot more like the wods we do in the Crossfit Open workouts. Anyway, was a great workout non the less…
