Today’s WOD was a hard mother Hubbard! I’m still pretty beat over the workout! In other words, it really kicked my ass! I did this workout back in 2013 and it took me 35:09 to complete back then. Today I finished in a time of 21:05. I really didn’t realize that I’ve really gotten a whole lot better than 2013. At first, I thought I’d never make the 95# snatch rounds and bomb the time. I really had no problems finishing the snatches other than it was painful as hell! Which I expected.
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: 3 egg cups that had bacon and broccoli
Lunch: Peanut butter on crackers
Dinner: Brunch Burger from Applebees and two Mack & Jack beers.
