WOD Type: Trail Walk
Complete for getting wife involved in exercise of:
- Walk 2.5 miles
- 3 sets Push-Ups @ 20 Reps
- 5 Sets of Stair Climbs
- 1 Set of 20″ Box Jump
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches. Did all this in the garage before leaving for the tail head.
WOD Particulars:
Today’s WOD came from my wife wanting to go for a brisk (COLD) walk on a very clear day with temp around 27 degrees. It was a great walk and its nice to get my wife involved as well. Great conversations and just really good company…
