Today’s WOD – Pretty difficult workout today. I completed 6 complete rounds plus 5 pull-ups for a total of 185 reps. Now its time to hit the protein shake and then eat a nice dinner… It’s Grimm Tonight folks! I’m planning on hitting the trails this weekend on the mountain bike… Have a good weekend!
