Today’s WOD was a easy at first. But after a day of recovery and a 10 hour drive, my ass is killing me! This workout will kick your butt and make your core scream! At least it did mine… Anyway, great workout. Hitting the road. So I will be hitting gyms and parking lots along the way for unusual workouts. Stick around.
