- Arm Swings
- Shoulder bands
- Wooden Dowel for shoulders
- Ankle Mobility
- Stretching Routine
WOD Particulars:
Technique:
- Power Clean + Front Squat + Clean + Jerk – 5 Sets; 3 second pause in split
- WU – 2 @ 75#
- 5 @ 95#
- Hang Snatch High Pull, Flat Footed: 4 x 4
- 4 Sets @ 75##
- Front Squat – 75% 4 x 4
- 1 x 2 @ 205#
- 1 x 2 @ 185#
- 3 x 4 @ 185#
Today’s WOD is day three into the 12 week program. Today’s was a really quick workout. Took just less than 55 minutes total. It’s hard to stick with the program when I know I have a lot more in the tank. Anyway, the Barbell Shrug Guys say to always stick with the plan. So that is what I will do…
