Today’s WOD was kind of crappy! I had lousy form on my cleans again. Not sure what the hell is going on, guess I just suck ass on cleans! Oh well, wasn’t really feeling well anyway. Actually been bad all afternoon until just a few minutes ago. Maybe I can drink a couple beers this evening without having major acid reflux.
