Today’s WOD was the real deal! Kicked my ass thank you very much Dave Castro! I only got 70 reps total. But after coming off an incredibly painful knee injury, I think I did pretty good. I really wished I could have done the lunges in one continuous go instead of having to go back and forth as many times as I had to go. It sucks and I know I could have gotten way more reps, but whatever. I had a good experience with this workout and will no doubt do it again.
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: yogurt with a bit of cereal in it. two cups of coffee with creamer
Lunch – Kind bar
Dinner – A few short ribs, turkey sandwich with Swiss, mayo and of course, bread. Duh!
Late Snack: Four fig newtons, 8 ounce ginger ale
