This WOD was an absolute killer for me! My wife actually named it for me after she came out and saw me.

After my 10 minute warmup, the Stopwatch was started and I finished the workout in 27:38. Give this WOD Session a try and let me know what you think!
By the way, today was the first day with the plyo-box. I built it in just about 3 hours. Here is a picture of the gym with the new plyo-box.
